Our history since 1996.

In 2026, Lagodka Software Projekte looks back on 30 years of individual software development for companies. The story began in 1996 at M. & T. Lagodka Software Projekte oHG. From the beginning, the aim was to translate business workflows into stable applications, databases and reporting solutions that work reliably in daily operations.

The spelling of the company name is intentional: Lagodka Software Projekte GmbH, not Lagodka Softwareprojekte GmbH. In German, "Softwareprojekte" would be a correct compound word. The separation, however, shows what defines LSP: software is the technical competence, projects are the way of working.

Success never comes from software alone. The project is just as important: understanding processes, working with people and implementing requirements in a structured way until a productive solution is in place. LSP therefore does not simply develop software projects; it combines excellent software with professional project management.

The first projects were shaped by concrete business processes: information had to be captured, checked, evaluated and made usable for different roles within a company. This established an early understanding of software as more than an isolated program: it had to become a productive function within a business process.

Since 2000, LSP has been a Microsoft Certified Partner in software development and business intelligence, later also Microsoft Gold Partner. This close connection to the Microsoft platform continues to shape the technical work: databases, Office-related applications, reporting, interfaces and business solutions have been planned, developed and maintained on this basis for many years.

Since the early 2000s, LSP has implemented solutions with .NET and has accompanied the platform from its beginnings. This combines long-standing experience in classic database and Windows applications with modern web development, ASP.NET, integration solutions and business intelligence scenarios.

Since 2002, the company has operated as Lagodka Software Projekte GmbH (LSP). As a GmbH, the work on individual software projects was expanded further: existing applications were modernized, new business applications developed, data structures improved and workflows digitized so that companies could work faster, more transparently and more reliably.

A constant focus has been the mapping of real business processes. LSP analyzes which data sources, roles, rules and integration points exist in a company and turns them into applications that actively support work. The business process becomes a productive function step by step: with data model, user interface, interfaces, permissions, tests, rollout and ongoing development.

Business intelligence became an important link between operational systems and business decisions. SQL, Access, Excel and specialist system data is turned into comparable analyses, metrics and reports that make relationships visible and support better decisions.

Today, LSP extends this experience with AI-powered components. AI is used where it creates concrete value in the process: analysis, classification, summarization, prioritization, assistant functions or decision preparation. The technical foundation remains pragmatic and traceable: secure data flows, clear roles, robust integration and solutions that remain manageable in operation.

The 30th anniversary therefore stands for more than a date. It reflects continuity in software development: from the first individual business applications through .NET and business intelligence to modern AI-supported solutions that create concrete advantages in everyday work.
